Missing forms

    I am trying to sync Terraflex forms from my TDC600 to my laptop. I recorded 19 forms on 06-11-2022. When I access the Map Viewer, only 2 forms are visible. Is there a way to resolve this? I have restarted my laptop and TDC600 and have synced multiple times. The other forms are not appearing in my Map Viewer. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jacob,

    I have a support case going with you already for this issue we'll just need the TerraFlex log file from the TDC600.
