I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues! Let's see if I can assist here. First, make sure that you have NO draft forms. You can check by going to the forms. If there are drafts, either delete or submit them. Then try to manually sync (tap three lines in the top left and choose Sync). If that is not what's causing the syncing issue, it may be due to tasks (todos). Are you using ToDos? If so, make sure that you haven't closed the task that may be associated with the forms that you collected. If you have a task open, ALL features collected are associated with said task. If you aren't using a task (for reference layer or task purposes), close the task and choose to "just collect"). If you did happen to collect these features with a task open, try opening the task again and then tap the three lines and manually sync. If neither of these fix the issue, it's likely due to a ToDo that was deleted in the office when the field person still had it open on the device. That will likely require a Trimble support ticket. Please work on that with your local dealer. I hope at least one of these suggestions prove useful sir!
Note: If you need to submit a Trimble ticket with your dealer, be sure to get them the log file (tap three lines and go to settings and send log file at the bottom). You will also want to provide them with the Trimble ID (email login used on device) and provide the name of the Trimble Connect project and associated map workspace (.tmap).
