Here are some things to try. First, make sure that you have NO draft forms in your list of forms (features) on the app. If you do, open them and submit/save them, as ANY draft forms will keep TerraFlex from syncing any forms until those drafts are saved. Second, make sure that you try a different wifi source rather than the one you are on. Third, be sure to be on the latest version of TerraFlex, as there was a release this week. Fourth, if you are using Tasks/ToDos, it could be hung up on that. Finally, logout and log back in. If that doesn't solve it, be sure to send a log file from TerraFlex to your distributor to work with Trimble on a support ticket.

I have a 5 Terraflex Forms that I'm trying to sync from a TDC-150 to the Trimble Connect Cloud, but I keep getting and error message: "Cannot connect to server. Please check your Internet connection. Some images could not be sent." The unit is connected to the internet and have tried syncing via cellular signal and WIFI, but still get the same error message. The project has approximately 20 additional forms that were collected during a two-day with images and all of those forms successfully synched. Any suggestion on how I can fix this issue and get the 5 forms to sync? Thanks in advance for your help.
