It's hard to say without more details
- First thing I would do is verify that the cellular signal is working by opening a web page for example when you encounter this error and have disabled Wifi
- I'd then check in the Windows 10 Cellular SETTINGS HERE ,I f any of these options apply - such as If the app can use cellular data/ If roaming is supported/ If the cell is enabled for data sharing etc
- Are your Toughpads controlled via any Mobile Device Management software? If yes speak to your I.T team and see If they can help troubleshoot this.
Failing all of the above It's probably worth contacting your local Trimble reseller for help.
They'll need the FieldApp.log and a detailed list of the above troubleshooting to help them understand.
- The Fieldapp.log lives here C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Trimble\TerraFlex
Your local Trimble reseller can always escalate to Trimble If it's beyond their capabilities but they should be better equipped to deal with any local cellular configuration Issues (If that's the case)
