I believe it would make more sense for all download / upload activities to look like the Todo download. I look at a group upload/download as a single event. I want do know who did this, what time it was done, and if I need to see the individual files then we can click on the event.
When I download from Todo, I get a zip file that file does not have scan folders created. I then have to create the proper scan folder and put the files in the correct location. Then I can open the JOB or JXL in TBC and it will load the scan data up.

Hello Tex,
Thanks for you question. Can you please clarify your request to make sure I understand it correctly?
Are you asking:
- Change how Field Data extension downloads are listed/recorded on the Trimble Activities page?
- Or Change how Field Data download package looks like - folders/pack/zip/etc?
- Or change how Todo download looks/works?
I'm not sure I understand how the Connect Activity records are related to using data in TBC ("you have to create folders and organize the data properly or it won't load up in TBC"). Please clarify?
Thanks,
Rimantas

When reviewing the Connect Activity I noticed depending on which way you download and upload you get a different list. Is there a way for Trimble to fix it so all of the uploads and downloads look more like the ToDo list?
When I use the Field Data download or use the Connected Workspace, every single file is listed.

When using ToDo the activity is a single Zip file, but using this you have to create folders and organize the data properly or it won't load up in TBC.
