Trimble Connect after project is loaded the screen turns black

  • 1.  Trimble Connect after project is loaded the screen turns black

    Dear users,

    After i open a project, after a few seconds my screen turns black. I've taken a few steps to try to solve the problem.

    - clearing my internet cache
    - uninstall the app
    - clear all projects in Trimble
    - hard reboot of my iphone

    I hope somebody can help me.

    Hi Randy,
    Can you please let us know if you are using the Trimble Connect for Browser on the mobile phone or Connect for Mobile native app. ​
    Also can you please let us know in which screen is it turning black (such as Files/Folders list, Views list, 3D Viewer etc). 
    If possible , could you please share a screen capture video with our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com). We will investigate and get back.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem as the person above.

    My screen turn black when i try to look on my draw.

    I tried new projects and it happen the same thing.

    Thank you in advance for your help.
