Trimble Connect AR - Device Sign In limit exeeded

    Dear Trimble,

    I have an event in 2 days it is an emergency we have a license for Trimble Connect AR but we keep getting a notification block Device Sign In Limit exceeded. 

    I have already signed out all the devices from other people but we tried to sign in to new devices it still cant be signed in.

    it is an emergency I hope you can help us.
