Thank you for reaching out. Since the creation of this thread, multiple issues that caused the Trimble Connect for Revit Add-in, or Revit itself to crash have been resolved. Due to the complexities of Revit and specific customer (network) setups, there is no way to tell whether the posts in this thread relate to the same issue. Hence I'd highly recommend reaching out to your support representative in order to get to the bottom of your specific problem.

It seems Trimble do not have a solution for this. I tried the support team with no luck. It is now March 2023. i am reading about this issue for the past year. Is it true that trimble connect is releasing software that is not working as intending with no solution for a fix?

Unfortunately no. The support team was very responsive and tried to replicate the issue with my model. The CSR was also not able to upload, but they forwarded to the dev team and they were able to upload. I unfortunately did not get this resolved before a meeting we had so we changed platforms.
