Apologies for posting this here too but the API Integrators forum is extremely slow to answer (or never answers). I am hoping someone here might be able to help.
I am connecting via the desktop API to an open project in Trimble Connect and it works great... until I connect to our VPN. When I am connected to the VPN the client hangs on the Connect method indefinitely even if I put in a timeout:
Is there some setting I need to change or another way to connect?
