Trimble Connect doesn't sync on my Mac

  • 1.  Trimble Connect doesn't sync on my Mac

    Hi, im new on TC, I installed de software on my MacBook Pro, Maco OS Catalina 10.15.1....

    For some reason I can't sync any files, the TC create all the folders in the cloud but with no files....

     

    Probably a permission problem.... any thoughts?

    I am seeing this same issue on a Mac running Sketchup Make 17.3.116 on a MacOS Mojave. I'm glad I'm in the 30-day trial period for Pro. I'd hate to spend $99 per year for a subscription to the paid version knowing parts of the software don't work. @andres careaga
