Trimble Connect doesn't work

  • 1.  Trimble Connect doesn't work

    Trimble Connect still does not seem to be working. After attempting to sign in on the homepage, the webpage becomes frozen on a blank screen (see attached). Is the application still down/ is there anyway to troubleshoot this problem?

    Hi Arianna,
    Can you please hard refresh the Browser (Ctrl + F5) . This should resolve the problem.

    I was also having the same problem. A hard refresh just reloaded the same blank white page. Was using Firefox, but I tried logging in using Microsoft Edge, and it worked.

    Thank You Sarah for taking the time to post how you resolved this issue. I would have been in a bad mood all day. I called tech support yesterday because Connect wouldn't let me sign in with my handheld either, but they couldn't immediately help. It did work after a reboot.

    In case you are still facing the issue , could you please take a screen recording , capture the HAR logs and send these to our Support Team (connect-support@trimble.com).

    Was having the same issues. I did what Sarah did. Works now. Maybe cause Google couldn't get passed that I was running Windows 8.1.

    Arianna or Sarah, Admin too.
    Now when I make corrections in my handheld (TDC100), and sync, the corrections don't show up in my Connect file. I spent two days now trying to figure it out. Is anyone else having these issues?

    Hi Joe,

    I actually didn't have any problems having data show up on the Connect website. But honestly, I consistently have issues with Trimble Connect either not showing data or not being able to download data. I try all the usual solutions - logging out, restarting my handheld, etc. One fix might be your filter settings. Once that was my problem - I had the filter set to a certain date, so my latest data wasn't showing up. You could try that. Otherwise, sometimes the problem seems to be magically fixed after a couple days. But sounds like you've already tried that! Good luck, and hope you're able to find a solution!
