Trimble Connect Download Problem

    I put in a request for a download of a file several hours ago, and still have not received an email.  I have tried downloading with Firefox, Edge and Safari. nothing works.  It is not a large file.

    This has been resolved. Just reinitiate a download and you should see it within a few mins.
