I work for a GC with a large field survey department, we've been using Trimble Connect to manage our field to office data workflows really well - until the latest Connect update.
The field data extension was previously clean and concise, really fantastic, and now field data opens in a new tab with a lot of flash but little substance.
We do a lot of work in a day, now there doesn't appear to be any batch/multiple download option. Only one by one through the list with no way of condensing the view. The focus is on the map, but the data doesn't even appear on the map. Map view that reduces features and doesn't map anything, slick.
Feels like a good example of if it's not broke, then we will break it and put a shiny bow on it.
Any way to revert back to the previous version? The desktop app is comically bad, come on Trimble, data management is your advantage over Leica, why botch things that work?!
