Trimble connect for windows application does not let me select individual components

  • 1.  Trimble connect for windows application does not let me select individual components

    I have uploaded a nwc file exported from Autocad Plant 3d by nwcout command. I updated trimble connect application to the latest version. Now I can not select individual components. There is no issue at the web application. I can select individual components with no problem. I haven't encountered this problem with the previous versions of trimble connect app. Down below I am sending 2 screen shots.

    Hello Onur,


    We had exactly the same. Very annoying. I uninstalled the Trimble Software (and also the plugins) and reinstalled the previous version (1.24.1).  This solved the problem! Hope this helps for you also. Have a nice day.

    Hi Johannes,

    Thanks for your valuable explanations. I will do as you say.

    A couple of days ago Trimble Web issued the same problem. When I checked the Trimble web model I have seen that some objects in the tree were missing although the same model when I viewed via navisworks everythink was fine. There might be a nwc conversion problem through Trimble.
