Trimble Connect Sync Update

    I tried updating to the latest version of Trimble Connect Sync Tool and it errors out looking for an IXP010.tmp file. I have tried to uninstall Trimble Connect Sync so that I can update to the newest version and the uninstall errors out looking for an IXP010.tmp file. Where can I find this elusive IXP010.tmp file so I can put it back on my computer and I can update my Trimble Connect Sync tool?

    Hi Ricci,
    Could you please take a screen capture (video) and send it to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) , so that we can check. 
    We haven't seen this earlier.
