Holly, this is unfortunate! We had numerous customers report this and have put in a couple of Support tickets with Trimble. They are actively working on resolving this. Once resolved, the export queue will have to be worked through. I know there are some customers that initiated exports late afternoon yesterday. Those have still not become available for download. I would guess it's going to be 24 to 36 hours before you'll see the data available for download. Hopefully sooner!
