    Hi,

    Anyone experiencing login issues with the Trimble Connect web page?  I can navigate to the website and login, but after than nothing.  Just a blank white screen.  Have tried different browsers and even clearing cache/cookies/history, but still nothing.  Is Trimble Connect down?

    There is an issue with one of our cloud infrastructure providers that is outside of our control, apologies for any inconvenience this is causing. We continue to monitor the situation and hope for a resolution soon.

    Hi Mark, 

    There seem to be these server issues multiple times a month and it significantly impacts our ability to complete tasks that have a necessary 24hr turn around time. Is there any long-term solution to solve the server issues?

    I'm experiencing a similar issue here.  We've been having trouble loading workspaces in Connect.  We are able to collect data in the field and sync our handheld devices, but unable to view/download data from Connect.  Very Frustrating.

    Trimble Connect seems to be online now. However, wondering if anyone is experiencing issues with all of the forms loading. We are collecting over 1,000 forms a day on multiple units. When we get back to the office we are randomly missing ~10-50 forms that don't make it from the unit to Trimble Connect Web. The forms are randomly scattered throughout so it isn't the first or last batch which is very frustrating.

    Hi, We are also experiencing what appears to be server issues when syncing. I haven't had the issue when loading the Trimble Connect webpage (described in the original post), but I was receiving an error on TerraFlex when syncing that mentioned a server issue. However, that error only appeared once, and I do get a green "Sync Completed Successfully," otherwise, but the data is not synced to a Session in Positions nor to my web map view in Trimble Connect on web (so, we can't reliably trust the success message from TerraFlex). This occurred today while trying to demonstrate TerraFlex and Positions to our team, but it has become another point of evidence of the difficulty we have had with TerraFlex reliability and consistency. We would like to move away from the Geo7x TerraSync--Pathfinder workflow, but we continue to experience issues with TerraFlex (regardless if it is an issue specifically with Trimble-owned infrastructure or not), at the end of the day we still have purchased thousands of dollars of equipment from Trimble that we feel cannot be relied on.

    Similarly, we feel the reliability just is not there and cannot afford to lose data that is essential for our operations. Not from equipment that costs as much as it does. We would like to migrate away from Geo7x--TerraSync--Pathfinder workflows, but have been unable to reconcile the consistency and reliability of the TerraFlex/Connect/Positions (now TerraOffice?) workflow.

    We did not experience this issue as described, but I did get an error message while syncing TerraFlex that stated there was a server issuer. Regardless of whether or not it is Trimble's own infrastructure or a third-party cloud provider, it is still Trimble's platform that we haven't been able to trust completely to replace the predecessor.

    I want to acknowledge the continuing issues some are experiencing with access to cloud services within the TerraFlex solution. We understand that this is not the performance you expect of the solution and it is receiving our highest attention. 

    I will close this thread for comments now, we will provide updates via this community and through the Map Viewer banner. I would encourage anyone with issues to reach out to your Trimble partner for support, and they will escalate cases to Trimble as required.
