Trimble Connect Webapp slow loading

  • 1.  Trimble Connect Webapp slow loading

    Hi,

     

    It takes me more than 30 mins to open the project or even Trimble Connect Web signin page.

    I'm based in Australia and has checked the trimble healthcheck status, there is no issue ATM. This is happening to multiple laptops in multiple locations.

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    I also just experienced the same issue (in Japan), but it was resolved by changing the browser or clearing the cache.

    I had this in Chrome but not in MS Edge. Later after a reboot it started to work again also in Chrome

    Hi All,
    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have tried to reproduce the issue at our end, but haven't been able to. 
     
     
    One observation was - upon doing a hard refresh (Control + F5) - the problem didn't re-surface. Please use this as a workaround. 
     
    In case our users continue to face issues, please send HAR file and Browser console logs to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com). It will help us debug the issue.

    I find clearing the cache and history works for me.
