Trimble connect won't open IFC - Models are showing up red

    3 users in the office have had a new pc. None of us can open an IFC with Trimble connect. See below. I Tried installing  previous versions. checked admin rights. uninstalled, reinstalled Still cant open an IFC Does anyone know why the Models are red and how to fix this
