Trimble Connect Worksmanager Sync User Failure

    Hello, 

    my workflow typically consists of creating a job in Trimble Connect and then syncing it through the worksmanager extention. Lately, I have been receiving an error saying Failed to Add Users. So now I have to go and add all of the users in worksmanager as well. Has anybody had this issue lately?

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Could you please reach out to your dealer and ask them to raise a support ticket with the WorksManager team? Once we receive the ticket, we'll investigate the issue to identify the cause.
