Trimble Desktop - the project cannot be synchronized

    Hello,
    I can't sync my project in the Dekstop app. After sign in, all options are in gray. I tried to install the newest version - issue is the same.  Moreover - when I try to sign in by Chrome - I cannot see my projects. All time, there is only "project loading" and that's it. No results.
    Does anyone know how to solve this?

    I noticed that if I try to log in via home wi-fi - there is a problem connecting to Trimble servers. On the other side, if I try to log in through a hotspot - it works. Is it possible that some IP addresses are blocked by Trimble servers or by my provider?

    Problem fixed - hard router reset helped with this issue.
