I'm assuming your field software is Trimble Terraflex here?
There are a number of reasons why this could happen, the most obvious (and easiest to check) would be....
- You not having a Terraflex Premium licence for that particular field session (Starter and Standard do not support post processing)
- Not using a supported receiver - Terraflex only logs raw GNSS session data for post processing with Catalyst DA2, R1 (EM100), R2, TDC150/650
Beyond this it gets a bit techy and we would need to delve into the log files
So, If the two options above are not the cause then we would need:
- The log files from Terraflex from the device you used to capture this data - SETTINGS > SEND LOGS
- A date and time approximately when this data was collected so we can investigate
With this in mind I would suggest you contact your local Trimble reseller and open a support case with their team. They can guide you through the basics and help gather the log files etc... If they can't resolve this then they will usually escalate to us (Trimble)
