I had this same issue on Firefox several weeks ago, so I went to Chrome, which worked for a while and then stopped (just this morning) -- which is why I searched for and found this thread. So frustrating, especially if you have a model you've spent a lot of time on and are facing the prospect of never recovering.
SOLUTION!
In my case, the issue/solution turned out to be my VPN. If I pause it for a few minutes (and disable the Internet kill switch, so that I still have Internet access), the login fields appear on the Trimble login page, and I'm able to access Trimble/Sketchup.

I am unable login to my Trimble account at id.trimble.com as the username and password fields are not visible on the page. See attached for a screenshot.
This is happening on Edge, Firefox and Chrome and even in Incognito Mode across all 3 browsers. I have cleared the cache, cookies and even the browser history but nothing seems to work and not sure where to go next.
I am able to login from a different computer where the username and password fields are visible so it appears to be a pc issue but I can't for the life of me work out why. Any ideas or direction would be really appreciated.
