I know this is an older thread, but I ran into this same issue today March 23, 2026. Tried open up Sketchup as I usualy do, and it prompted me to the Sign-In page. (myprofile.trimble.com). No big deal, it occasionally asks me to re-sign in, if I haven't been on in awhile. But this time, no fields for username and password. Tried restarting my computer, tried clearing cache, history, etc...did not help. I don't have a VPN either, but I do have Malwarebytes Browser Guard installed on my Google Chrome Browser. I clicked on that little puzzle looking piece at the top right hand side of my browser, then clicked on Manage Extenstions and then turned the button off for Malwarebytes on the lower right side of that tab. Closed and re-opened my Chrome Browser and was finally able to see the login fields for the Trimble Sign-In page. Not sure why this happened today, as I have had Malwarebytes loaded for years, but it did, and that was the solution I used to fix this issue. I really hope this helps someone else someday.

Subject: Trimble sign in page username and password fields not visible
Hi,
I am unable login to my Trimble account at id.trimble.com as the username and password fields are not visible on the page. See attached for a screenshot.
This is happening on Edge, Firefox and Chrome and even in Incognito Mode across all 3 browsers. I have cleared the cache, cookies and even the browser history but nothing seems to work and not sure where to go next.
I am able to login from a different computer where the username and password fields are visible so it appears to be a pc issue but I can't for the life of me work out why. Any ideas or direction would be really appreciated.
Thank you
