    Hello, I've been using Sitevision on an oil-on-site project, and I'd like some general advice for this type of project, which has many specialties. For example, this one has many pipes. In addition:
     
    1. Whenever I calibrate with a QR code and scan the fourth QR code, the app crashes, and I have to start over.
     
    2. I have a very large project area. When I move too far away from the QR codes, errors increase. How often is it recommended to set the calibration QR codes?

    Hi Felipe, we are also using AR in complex plant environments.  Best practise (as suggested by Trimble) was to place a QR code every +-5m for accuracy and reduced drift.  Naturally this simpler indoors than outdoors.  For outdoors it may be better to look into the GNSS device that can constanlty adjust for visual drift as you move around the plant.

    We have also discovered that SiteVision is not as stable/accurate as the original Trimble AR app. :(
