Trimble Sync Manager- Not loading from the cloud

    Is anyone else having trouble creating jobs, my files are not loading from the cloud into the job, and my Coordinate System tab won't auto populate anymore.....

    Hi Willie,

    Are you using the latest version 2.20.2.0 of Trimble Sync Manager?

    The map service that drives the Coordinate System to auto populate was changed recently as the old map service was deprecated

    Installation files are available here https://help.trimblegeospatial.com/SyncManager/en/Installation.htm

    I have just taken a quick look and do not see anything unexpected.

    If you are still experiencing difficulties can you raise the issue through your channel partner and include a copy of the C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Trimble\Trimble Sync Manager\ directory
