    I am having an issue signing in to TerraFlex from my phone today.  I go through the sign in process and receive a message "Please check your TerraFlex lincense", and it returns to the sign in screen.  Everything worked just fine in the field yesterday, so I am not sure what changed.

    I verified with the other 4 users of TerraFlex and they are all having the same issue right now.  Is there a server issue with TerraFlex right now?

    Any suggestions or help is much appreciated.

    There are no server issues currently so this is likely something related to your TID(s) or licences.
    I don't want to expose your TID's on this platform so I'll direct message you for your details and we can create a support case to work on this

    Hi Tom, 

    We are having this same issue, getting error message "Please Check your TerraFlex license" when attempting to log into TerraFlex. This is the first time encountering this problem after about a month of using it. Are you able to help us as well?

    Hi Jessie

    I'd first check the TID you signing in to Terraflex with has an active Terraflex subscription

    • Your licence admin can check this by signing in to the Licence Manager and seeing what TID's (emails) have subscriptions assigned
    • Failing this I would contact your local Trimble reseller for support who can help you go in to a bit more detail on this

    There are no service issues currently or recently so it's likely something specific
