Trimble Terraflex Sync Issue

    One of my projects in Trimble Connect has tasks that were deleted out. Now, whenever my TerraFlex tries to sync it still shows that I have 6 tasks for that project. However, when I click into the Tasks for that project on Terraflex, I have none. I suspect this is causing the sync issue. The error I get when it is returned is error: 404.

    Hi Ryan, depending on the device you are using for TerraFlex - have you tried going into the app store (like Google Play store for the android based units) and checking that TerraFlex is up-to-date? That has solved a sync issue for me in the past.

    Hi Ryan

    I'd recommend you get in contact with your local Trimble reseller who can work with you to resolve this. They'll need the Terraflex log files (SETTINGS > Send Log) and some other details but they'll be able to help (or get this escalated to someone who can)
