I use a TSC3 Data Collector and when using VRS I have been using AT&T Hotspot. Recently the hotspot was damaged (can't view the screen very well) and still performed. Went to replace hotspot using a newer AT&T hotspot. No settings were changed other than putting in the new password. It didn't work. To make sure the hotspot worked, I used it to connect my laptop, and it connected. Then I decided to re-connect the other hotspot (making sure to use the correct password) and it no longer connects to the TSC3 collector. I followed that up by connecting the hotspot to my laptop and it connected. Can someone explain what has happened? Thanks
