Urgent help needed.

We have just recorded a days worth of ground control points in the UAV ground control app. Now we have come to share them. We can select them all but whatever option we asked to share does not work. Is there any other way of extracting the data points out of the app?

Can you give more data on the device model and OS version? Also, is the device managed at all?

It's the UAV Ground Control App that you have to use with Trimbles Caralyst receiver. It's super basic and costs £10 ! 

it's not been updated since 2020 and doesn't work with new Samsung phones by the looks of it

Just chiming in here from the Trimble side

The Trimble UAV GCP app is not available for any Android version later than 10  but you should be able to download and install this directly via Play on Android 10 and earlier

We're aware of this and hope to update the app to enable 'Play' support for all versions In future or provide an alternative solution

In some cases your local Trimble reseller may be able to help facilitate the installation of this app directly, If you reach out to them

Hi,

That's not the problem. It's installed on the phone and we used it fine with the DA2 as advised. However the app does not let you copy the data out so it is now stuck in the phone,

If you are from Trimble, please can you advise on what app we should be using with new DA2 system or have we got to buy an old phone to use with it?
