    Good morning. I no longer have access to the Europe server from the web interface on my office computers. Customers with whom I share access can no longer access files shared on the Trimble platform. This is very damaging to the flow of our work. Can you tell me what to do. How do I contact support to find out if this problem will be resolved? Thank you in advance for your help

    Hi Francois,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We had an issue in the EU server. It is now fixed.

    Hello, i have account in EU, but today, when I try to login, it reroutes me to US server and it's not good, I cant access my files or even work. Why is that?
