Hi everyone

We are reviewing our Employee Resignation Procedure and found some difficulties with TC.

Our company have hundreds of active projects on the platform, where each of those contains valuable information (BIM models, documents, lists, etc.)

Is there any "console admin" to manage users who belong in our domain ? I've tried "Account Administration" > "Internal Users", but it doesn't show all users of our organization, only those who have linked products. 

In "Account Administration" > "Projects", we have to enter project by project to know if the employee is a active member.

I will show an example below:

• This employee's contract ended in January 2023 and his email with our organization's domain was deactivated on the same date.
• However, in the "Project Members" section, it shows that this employee logged in TC in June 2023.

My point is, is there any other procedure or management tool we can use so I don't have to go into each of the hundreds of projects to remove THIS USER and ALL OTHER USERS who have their contracts ended?
