Trimble Connect User Forum

Hello Guys,

i have an issue regarding adding a user to TC project. I have already added the user & user also already logged in but still it is showing me as pending and the user also can't open the project. Also in activity showing user added.

Hi Tushar, 

If the user has logged in to Trimble Connect, the status should get changed. Also the user should be able to access the project. 

Could you please send the user and project details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) , so that we can investigate.
