Viewer 2d and Excel Word

    Hello,

    When i want to open a Word or Excel file through the 2d viewer, the loading never happens ....

    This issue affects files uploaded to Trimble Connect today. For files uploades las week there is no  problem.

    Hi Vinent, 

    We tried with couple of docs and they seem to be working fine. 






    Could you please try clearing cache , logging out of the application and logging in again. If it still doesn't work after that could you please share the project and file details with our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com)
