    We recently purchased a Trimble X7 scanner i Colombia South America, one of the utilities that this device offers is export the cloud point and 360 scenes to different formats like (.ptx, .rcp) and others more, when the process finishes in the Tablet Trimble T100 using Trimble Prespective, we go to open the file (.rcp) to check the results but the file is not unified and the register starts again.

    We want to know if there are a way to fix it, thaks for your help!
