WO Import to TBC

    Has anyone else had a problem with getting TBC to see the workorders on devices and importing them?  It is very hit or miss.  Oh and before you all yell at me saying this is a TBC question I am posting it on there as well.

    II can get the WO into TBC using the plugins but  it takes 10+ min to sync. Hope that helps.

    Regret inconvenience. The TBC team is looking into the work orders issue at the moment, trying to analyze and fix it.

    I'm still running v5.80 for this particular reason. v5.81 and v5.90 were hit or miss on whether all of the devices would populate and then also on whether all of the WOs would populate. 2023.10, I find is painfully slow. I was somewhere between 1-2 hours to have the devices list populate.
