WorksManager

After some research it seems the data collector auto sync may be possible for systems running windows, but nothing on systems that run android. Is it possible for data collectors running android to auto sync with WorksManager?

Presently "autosync" is indeed only on Windows, whereby when a new design is pushed by TBC or manually created in WM, Siteworks will receive a notification of that design and automatically download the design.  That functionality is still Windows only for now, and also note it's only for designs and not for things like updates to Control Points, or background images.  Those still have to be manually synced via the Menu> Data Management > WorksManager Sync, on both Windows and Android. 

Android support for the design sync will be coming in a future Siteworks release.

Thanks for the response Steve. For what it's worth an auto sync with the android data collectors would be huge. For our purposes having the work orders auto sync with WM would be top of the wish list over designs auto syncing. We use connected folders on Egnyte for the Windows data collectors, but a WM sync is our main data back up/transfer the android data collectors. Getting field staff in the habit of consistently syncing with WM has been quite the headache thus far.
