Worksmanager Designs Failing to Load in Sync

    Good morning. 

    My designs are failing to load into the collectors from the sync function. They are being published successfully and background images are going through, but the designs are not populating and any existing designs are disappearing. Even trying to download from the worksmanager website is failing when using the furthest right download button above the map.
