WorksManager

Does anyone have a great solution for backing up device files from the WorksManager file space when TCC functionality goes away? What is your Plan B to keep field devices (especially rover tablets) current if WorksManager corrupts files or experiences poor performance or downtime?

Is TCC going away?  Im just now starting to us TCC.  Its a pain just to archive WOs and Designs in TCC.

It doesn't look like managing historic work orders is going to get any easier with WorksManager. I haven't heard Trimble make any promises about alternative access to the WM file space outside of the WM browser window, which is a huge disappointment and comes as a threat to potential work arounds and backup options to reduce downtime. I'm sure if the community offered enough feedback, Trimble would develop a solution (I'm thinking something like TCC Explorer), but the community seems to be unconcerned in general. We are trying to decide if we are missing something or just paranoid about system uptime, or if the rest of the WM user group is going to jolt awake when the TCC file space is finally shut off permanently.
