Thanks Adam/Ben. The bases have come back online themselves overnight. Not sure what the issue was but obviously it didn't just affect our bases.

Yes, I'm lucky enough to have maintained remote access to the WebUI for 3 of the bases. I would imagine you would need to connect a laptop to get to these settings.

OK thanks Adam. I'm guessing you mean that you are changing the IBSS setting directly/manually on the front panel of the base and not remotely? The 3 bases I'm having issues with are 45 minutes south-east, 2 hours north-east and 2 hours south-east of me!

Brad, still showing offline our end. I've gone to reset / change the IBSS configuration, in the hope a refresh may work. I've found that if you deselect 'IBSS Mode', the base appears back online. It doesn't seem right, but appears to work if you're desperate.

Got a direct response/message back from Trimble to a message I sent and the response was "We updated the IBSS security certificate a few hours ago which caused a downtime for nearly 5 minutes, which was unexpected. It was back and working fine. We apologize for any inconvenience." Not sure what that specifically means at the moment so I'm waiting for a further response on what to do as the bases are still offline.

Same issue with us - lost 4. They show the status: Verification of NtripCaster SSL certificate failed. I'm thinking it's a sim issue, with one of our IBSS bases functioning fine on our office network.

My client has 4 IBSS bases and within the last hour 3 have dropped off the "Internet Base Station" list in WorksManager and the 4th is indicating it has restarted or reconnected within the last hour.
