Yes, there was an AWS outage yesterday, and that affected many applications including Trimble WorksManager. It has been resolved. Regret inconvenience :(

Not sure if WM uses Amazon Web Services but there was a AWS outage about 12 hours (8.00AM my time) ago affecting certain applications. Seemed to come good couple of hours later.
