Hello all,

I am currently trying to set an Ipad up to be sent to a customer containing the 3D model and for some reason, the model will not appear. The ifc is clearly in the TrC project and I have ensured that it isnt hidden either. I don't have any issues viewing or navigating the model on my desktop in the app or the browser. I have tried closing and opening several times and have also reinstalled the app onto the tablet and still I cannot get the model to appear. It just an empty white screen. All the ribbons and functions seem to be functioning correctly, there just isn't any model. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
