My colleague had problems with his account.
That's why we deleted his account, this would take several days.
But now after several days of waiting, we are getting conflicting messages from Trimble Connect, see the print screens (these are in Dutch).
They say this:
- To reset password: e-mail does not exist.
- To make new account: e-mail already exist.
- To sign in: invalid e-mail or password.
Can someone help with this?
