Dear, 

I would like to know if it is possible to create hyperlinks within folders. The goal is to click on a hyperlink and open a new browser page.

I need something like this:

 
I tried uploading files such as .url and .html but could not achieve the goal as the system tries to show the preview instead of opening the link.
