Hi Team,

Once a project is completed, is there any way to offline copy it? I did try and export the entire Project, but when I reupload onto another folder, it does not keep any of the GPS points and such that have been collected in the file (effectively the file is 'blank').

Is there a function that I am not using correctly?

Also, it would be helpful if there was a way to move files between different projects (I can only move files within the same project). I did try downloading the file and reuploading as mentioned above, but it did not work. Is there any way to do this?

Hi @Mitesh Patel
I can partly answer your queries -
1. Moving files between projects from Connect for Browser is not possible.
2. Archiving files in Connect is not possible.
However, you can copy files from Connect server to your local machine . This can be done using Trimble Connect Sync (documentation here) .

Regarding the upload of files and GPS points not being available , could you please let us know which file format is it. Here @Hamish MacMillan will be better person to respond.

Hi @Darshan Rajaram Kamat

Thank you so much for the help. I will try the Trimble Connect Sync software. Once I download to my local machine, I will see if I can view/upload and ensure all the data is kept.

The upload of the file was in *.tmap. I downloaded the *t.map file which had survey/gps points taken. Then I went to reupload via web connect trimble to a different folder and it did successfully upload, but the GPS points were not apart of the file.
