Hi,

I need support for this issue related to Trimble Connect.

I uploaded some files (.ifc and .nwd) on the platform.

They were working perfectly both in the web viewer and in the desktop app. After an update of the files (did also using Trimble connect Sync tool) some of them are not loading anymore. 

In the viewer the error message is the following:

while in the browser the details of the files show this

I'm waiting almost a week and nothing changed. The file itself opened directly in another project works, so I don't think is a format file problem

I've found similar threads of some years ago, and it seems that at the time it was due to some pending queue in the servers

Could someone help me with this?
