 Authority to participate in business projects with a personal license

I have a question about licenses.

I am currently participating in a project with a "Trimble Connect for Business | TBP-CONN-USER" project using a Personal license.

According to this page:
"Personal license users can join up to 5 business projects with full business access, after the limit is reached, users will have read-only access. This does not include Enterprise Projects. The number of project users includes removed users. Trimble Connect doesn't support re-inviting removed users to a project with a free license."

However, now a Personal license participant has been able to edit a sixth project (as well as the first five projects).

Are others experiencing the same situation?

Is this the intended behavior by Trimble?

This isn't the intended behavior. The enforcement of read only for 6th project for personal license user isn't in place yet. Once the enforcement is enabled, the personal license users will not be able to edit 6th project.

I understood that this is not the intended behavior.

Consider implementing a business license.
