Hi!

For a few days now, the BCF module in the 3D viewer has not worked. It spends hours updating, but it never opens. Is there any way to fix it?

Hi! Use the Settings button on the top and reset the permissions for Topics. You need to allow it once the dialog box appears on the screen

Jorge Domenech wrote correctly; please, click on "reset permissions" and the BCF module in the 3D viewer start working properly!
