Can´t Create New Projects, Can´t Add New People to Projects

Greetings

01- I'm unable to create new projects within my active Trimble Business account.

02- Also, I can´t add new people to a new project.

03- Four days ago, I have sent an email to Trimble support (connect-support@trimble.com) with account name and owner email (I'm re sending it now as i have had no answer)

I'm in dire need to start using this project.
