Can't find how to activate VRAY extention in Sketchup

Hi all,

I've just started a 30 day free trial of Sketchup via Trimble Connect / Choas. I'm finding the software very confusing as there are so many 'download this' and 'install that's to work my way through, but at the end of it all I'm no closer to making progress. I've managed to import a DWG 2D drawing from CAD into Sketchup, then whilst in Sketchup I've drawn the outline for a wall and extruded it so that it's 3D... all fine so far. My problem is I now need to send it to a rendering software so I can tell my boss if I'm able to learn and implement it for future projects, but I can't find the extensions manager anywhere - as a result, I can't find where to add/allow VRay or RayElectron... is this because I'm on a free trial i.e. have some functions been restricted?

I feel like I'm going round in circles. I have to keep re signing in every five minutes, I'm launching god knows how many different versions of the software hoping I might find what I'm looking for but I'm just getting completely lost. I'm a newbie to all this so, if you've got any answers for me, please word it in laymens as best as possible.

Thanks,

Danielle.

The trial should include everything in a studio subscription - including V-Ray. But u need to download the install package from the AMP (Account Mgt Portal) A TID ( Trimble Id) governs all access to Trimble products
