We identified the root cause for the issue with Office 365 Viewer and have fixed it. Please try now. It will work.

Regarding Office 365, i just tested and it works, thank you.

The 2nd problem is still relevant :
in the 3d viewer the attachments do not appear when you click on an element:

by clicking on the element sometimes we get the attachments window and if we click on display in Connect it does not work

an empty tab opens and nothing loads :

This problem affects all projects on the europe server

Hi Vincent,
We are analyzing the object attachments issue. 
In the meantime, could you please launch the 3D model or 3D view from https://3d.connect.trimble.com . The object attachments should be displayed there.

The object attachments are ok but we can't open file

We were told to erase Storage data via browser Developer tools (F12) and it did fix the situation immediately
